disturbances or at-risk of it increased by 93%, from 3,787 to
7,315 youth.
- 21% of children
aged 9-17 in the U.S. have a diagnosable mental or addictive
disorder with some degree of impairment-more than 25,000 in
New Hampshire alone, or 15% of the total youth population.
